I was waiting for Travis in the parking lot of the home improvement place yesterday, so we could close on the loan (he apparently drove WAY past it), and I got a call from Sarah at the eye doctor. My new glasses were in, so I swung by there after signing for another mortgage (I'm going to cry), and got them adjusted, paid my $25 (go insurance), and left. Now, I don't need to wear the glasses for reading, and I pass the DMV test without them, but it does make driving at night easier, presumably in the day too, though I haven't really tried that. It really goofs up my depth perception, though I'm sure I'll get used to it. The best part? These don't slide off my nose when I look down. Oh, and I got sunglasses too, and they actually fit too, so woo hoo.
Today, we have Apple Crisp in the cafeteria for our 'energy break'. It's a silly name, but yay for Apple Crisp.
