Yesterday, I left work a little early and met Travis at Lisa's old apartment, so we could clean it for the move-out inspection. Originally, Lisa was going to meet us there at 6:30 or so, but I knew it'd take a while, which is why T and I went over early. We got there around 3:00 and worked our tails off for the next 2 1/2 hours. We did everything, cleaned the bathroom from ceiling to floor, the kitchen, took down blinds, patched the walls, dusted the heaters, etc, etc, etc. The reason I mention this is because I cleaned everything so thoroughly that my mother would have been proud. The tub and kitchen sink (both white) were gleaming. This is coming from the guy who couldn't find his bedroom floor growing up. I cleaned stuff in her apartment that most people wouldn't have thought of (like under the stove), and even took a toothbrush to the grout of the shower wall to get it clean. This is why I spend an hour cleaning my place every week (so it doesn't take a monumental effort to clean it once a month).
