I was taking my pulse the other day after cooling down from a run, and I counted for 10 seconds, and got 12. I multiplied by 10 to get my pulse, and got 120, which seemed a bit high. I figured I would check again after cooling off more. 10 minutes later, same thing. I thought, this is not good. Today, I realized that I need to only multiply by 6, as there are only 60 seconds in a minute, not 100. I feel much better about my health now.
