I had my parallel presentation today. That went pretty well, although probably a bit long. Java was it's usual uneventful self. We only have an hour of Java on Wednesday though, because of a CS student meeting, so that's a good thing, I guess.
Work is hectic right now. I have 2 peer reviews to do. One due next week (the 23rd) and the other due on the 30th. The problem, of course is that they take pretty much a solid part of a day to do well, so that is 2 days done for the next couple weeks. This normally wouldn't be a problem, but we are running into problems at work, with the new version, and we need to do updates with the old version, and everything needs to get done yesterday. Better this way than when it is extremely slow though. I am also supposed to be going to lunch this week, and lunch again next week, so I will lose a few hours there too. Maybe I will just work late Friday if I don't have anything else to do (like sleep).
I know I have work that I COULD be doing now, I just don't really want to do it. I am still slightly ahead of the curve in the work that I have to do though, so all is not lost.
