More pictures

These pictures are from Practice on Thursday.

This is what happens when you under-break, as up-and-comer test driver Anthony Davidson found out going into turn 6:

This is what you look like after you've run a very expensive car into a wall:

..and this is what your car looks like:

Ruebens Barrichello locks up his front left tire going into turn 6:

From qualifying:
Fernado Alanso sets a provisional pole time, while knocking Michael Shumacher out of pole position with a blistering time of 1:13.308.

After Michael is knocked from pole position, the field marshals at turn 6, who are apparently not M. Schumacher fans, do a little dance, and take pictures of the cheering crowd.

Ralf Shumacher sets a new track record of 1:12.275 to claim pole position for Sunday's race.

More stuff that you don't care about...

I spent the better part of yesterday cleaning. Not general pick up and put stuff away, but CLEANING the carpets. I borrowed my neighbors steam cleaner (which ironically, doesn't use steam at all), and shampooed the living room, dining room, and the 3 rugs I have in the kitchen/foyer. I am thinking that I probably ought to invest in one instead of borrowing my neighbor's all the time. With a dog, and the winters we have here, but carpet gets pretty dirty. It should probably be shampooed once a month or so. Anyway, the funny smell seems to be gone, though it's sort of hard to tell. I think the issue was probably that one of the dogs peed on a rug, but it could be something completely different, and I'm just not noticing.

I made some BBQ chicken last night, it was very tasty. I also baked some cookies (you can stop laughing now), and the house mostly smells like that.

I think Spencer was depressed last night without a playmate, though he seemed pretty lively this morning. It's good to have him back.

Finally, if anyone knows anything about WSRP (Web Services for Remote Portals), I'd be happy to get any information from you. I need to do a presentation on it next week.
