Just got back from my first Ultimate Frisbee game. It was only a scrimmage today, so it didn't matter that we lost. I am so very sore right now. While we were there, somebody had a horse fall on them (not someone that was playing UF). Overall it was a good game. A bit long, but it was good exercise. Fortunately, we get to sub in and out, which is good for me, for now. I hope to be in much better shape by the end of the season though, which last all summer. Exercise is good, especially when organized into a team sport (that involves running). Off to shower now, me thinks.
