Geocaching update

Yesterday started off like most Sundays, which was highly unusual, since Pippin was spending the weekend, and I expected one of the following, a) waking me up at 5:30am whining, b) waking me up at 5:30am vomiting (he's been sick recently; the vet thinks he has worms, which he's now on medicine for). Neither of the aforementioned happened, I slept in, Pippin slept in, and Spencer slept in. I was happy.

Went Geocaching again yesterday morning, and found both the caches I was looking for. Found 2 new trails in town that I didn't even know existed. Took some pictures, though I haven't offloaded them from my camera yet. The first cache was pretty easy to find, and was a short hike. The 2nd one, Travis and I spent a good 20 minutes looking around the area for it when I finally came across it. This one wasn't that specular, and I left the camera in the car. Go me.

I spent the better part of the afternoon trimming my lilac bush and mulching. I forgot to take pictures of the before and after of the lilac bush. Go me again. Needless to say, the lilac bush is 1/2 the size it used to be.

I woke up this morning and realized again that I didn't get up at 5:30. Actually, I did, but that's because I had to pee, not because of the dogs. They let me sleep for another 45 minutes :)

The week prior to Pippin coming over, Scott kept telling me how bad Pippin has been, how he's not been health, and he's been a general nuisance. I was dreading him coming over, but it seems that was silly, as Pippin seems to be doing well. He's eating, he's not biting, he doesn't jump (very much), and aside from the fact that he puts his paws on the window to look out, he's generally well behaved for a 6 month old dog.
