Feeling better

I just spent 35 minutes on the bicycle. Feels good to exert some physical energy. I actually felt pretty good on it. I wasn't going very fast, but I was on the trainer, so I didn't really expect to. Besides which, since I'm working on keeping my hart rate about 160, so; umm, go me :)
