It's nice to be able to walk the next day after having run, which wasn't really an option after my first run a couple weeks ago, when I barely made it a mile before having to walk. Next time out, I am going to go for 35 minutes, then the week after, 40, then 45, and so on. I should be up to 10k in about 6 weeks at that rate. More realistically 5, since my times should get better.
