Today actually seems like a good day. Probably because it's sunny and 65. Very windy, but warm. I almost wish the weather was how I expect (that is, cold and dreary), it'd making staying at work far easier. Alas, I'll have plenty of those days in the near future, so I'm not going to complain.

Somehow, I think my typing has gotten faster in the last week. Maybe not significantly, but definitely faster. This is probably due to the fact that I'm typing more. Who'd of thought. I really despise typing more than a few words on my laptop though, versus my natural keyboard at work.

I managed to get my run in last night. 4mi in under 45 minutes (that is according to the treadmill, which I'm pretty sure lies), so it was probably more like 4.5mi in 45 minutes, but we'll never know. The funny thing about the treadmill is that I can do the first mile with a low heart rate, and feel extremely comfortable. Like clock work, after about a mile, it will go up, though not enough to be trying, but it's up, and I'll feel less comfortable. To be fair, I am fairly certain that the time my heart rate stays low is improving since I've started running, it's just interesting when you graph it.

We stuck a chicken bone down the garbage disposer last night. I'm pretty sure it liquefied it. Remind me to keep my appendages away from that.
