And we're back

It's Monday Tuesday morning here, and boy am I tired. I am glad it is a short week though, I don't think I would make it through a full one. It is a gloomy rainy day here, which made it extremely difficult to wake up, but I somehow managed.

The weekend was pretty uneventful. Travis went away on Friday, and I didn't do much of anything. Tony and I went to Sears and I bought a dish network receiver, so that I could get all the channels that Travis gets. This will come in handy when I move it with Travis as well, as we can have both TV's watching satellite stuff at the same time. After I picked up the receiver, I took Tony to dinner for driving me around. During dinner, we talked football, I was happy :). Watched some US Open Tennis that evening, read and went to bed, nothing terribly exciting.

Saturday, Tony and I did a "home augmentation", by adding the 2nd coax run for the 2nd satellite receiver. I was supposed to play tennis after that, but never got the chance because I went looking at cars. I drove a Mitsubishi Eclipse, and it was a very nice car, and the gearbox was smooth. After reading up on it when I got home though, I have decided that there are better options out there, oh well. After that, I read a bunch more and went to bed. Again, nothing exciting.

Didn't do much of anything on Sunday.

Monday, Tony and I went to Denny's for breakfast, and played some tennis in the afternoon. I didn't do too hot, although my backhand is improving, at least, as far as I can tell. Travis eventually got home, and looked at some more cars. I am even more confused about what I want now. It is all too confusing, but I can wait a couple weeks.

In good news, the house closing got moved up to the end of September, which is very cool. I can't wait to move in (and repaint the pink bedroom :) ).
