Another new car

Well, I got another new car yesterday. This one is more fun to drive, with it's Horizontally Opposed 2.0L 4cyl Turbo engine that puts out 227HP and 217 ft/lb of torque, it will do 0-60 in 5.7 sec. It is about the same size as my previous car, although seems to have more interior room. Of course, there are pictures on the web, pictures taken by sivart (Travis). You can see them here. It has some nice features that the Sentra didn't, like auto-dimming review mirror, and a compass, though the interior layout isn't quite as refined, but still pretty good.

The rest of my day yesterday was pretty uneventful, and I spent most of it on the phone, trying to solve problems, and get lots of questions answered about car and house, etc. I didn't fall asleep or anything yesterday, as much as I wanted to. Lunch was good, and cheap, as eluded to in Travis' journal. I wasn't particularly fond of the appetizer, though not bad, I don't think I would personally order it again.

I spent most of the afternoon waiting for the car place to tell me everything was ok, because they were having issues because my 1st car didn't show up as being paid off yet (which it is), and the stupid hospital bill that got referred to the collection agency (thanks Ed's insurance company). Anyway, not that it matters now.

I spent the evening watching part of the Sampras Agassi U.S. Open tennis match. It was very good from what I saw. I will probably watch the rest of it tonight or something. I have lots of stuff to do before heading to PA. Also last evening, I talked to Eric for a bit. He seems to be doing very well, and may actually be coming up to help me move again (cool). I am not counting on anything, but that would be kind of nice. Everything else with him seems to be going well. He is taking his 1st class for his masters program now, so that's good for him.

Well, that's about all that's happening in my life right now.
