More news this morning, about possible hijackers getting on a plane in NYC, and being forcibly removed by a SWAT team.
So, here's Tuesday in review, just so I don't forget 5 years down the road.
I was sitting at my desk, actually getting lots of work done. All of the sudden my mom IM'ed me and said that someone at her work just said that a plane had crashed into the WTC. I thought to myself, "no way, I would've heard about it already, it's just a hoax." Travis shortly afterwards sent me a message saying that a plane had crashed into the WTC, and then I thought, hmm better turn on the news. I tried to get on CNN, but couldn't. I tried every other news site, and nothing. Before I got any information, the 2nd plane crashed. I finally plugged in my radio, and listening to good old AM radio. At this point, real work and seized, and I was glued to the radio. Worked closed early on Tuesday, right before noon, so that people could go home and watch the news. I went to lunch and watched the news there. I spent all the rest of the day watching the news. I have never watched the news so often in my life.
The week has been pretty dull since then. Been working pretty hard, and listening to the news most of the time.
That's about it.
